Meet Michelle

“Changing your mind one layer at a time.”

— Michelle Mae

‍Michelle Hummer is the founder of Michelle Mae Mentoring and a wellness mentor dedicated to helping individuals move forward with clarity, resilience, and balance. Based in Pennsylvania and working with clients both locally and remotely, Michelle combines life experience, professional leadership, and holistic tools to support meaningful personal growth.

Raised in Pennsylvania and adopted into a loving family, Michelle developed a strong foundation of faith, discipline, and compassion early in life. Those early influences, combined with decades of real-world experience, helped shape the perspective she brings to her work today.

Before founding Michelle Mae Mentoring, Michelle built an extensive career in operations leadership and business management. She managed teams and operations across multiple industries, including plant nurseries, HVAC distribution, plumbing supply, and logistics. These roles required strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to guide people through complex challenges—skills that now inform her mentoring work.

Like many people seeking growth, Michelle’s path has not been without hardship. Through personal adversity and trauma, she embarked on a long journey of self-reflection, healing, and transformation. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her limitations, she used them as an opportunity to rebuild, learn, and develop a deeper understanding of how people change, grow, and overcome difficult seasons of life.

That journey ultimately led her to create Michelle Mae Mentoring, where she helps others navigate their own path toward clarity and emotional balance.

Michelle uses Quantum Biofeedback as a supportive wellness tool to help clients increase awareness of stress patterns within the body and mind. Through mentoring sessions, she works with individuals to gradually address mental and emotional barriers, develop healthier thought patterns, and move forward with greater confidence.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, accountability, and practical guidance. Michelle believes that lasting change happens step by step—by renewing the mind, building resilience, and learning to respond to life with intention rather than reaction.

Clients often describe Michelle as compassionate, direct, and deeply committed to their progress. She provides a safe, judgment-free environment where individuals can explore challenges honestly and begin creating meaningful change.

Outside of her work, Michelle enjoys a quiet life in Pennsylvania with her two dogs, Rocky and Cooper.
